Come With Me
An invitation with no face attached. In an age that brands every self, the body reaches out as pure proposition · and leaves the entire question of trust to you.
The figure extends outward from a field of light · faceless, muscle-mapped, marked with a crosshair where identity should be. "Come With Me" is an invitation without features: the body as pure proposition, stripped of the signals we use to decide whether to follow.
The title's warmth collides with the figure's anonymity. This is Grau's recurring post-human · the specimen that survived its own name · rendered in spare ink lines against a painted glow, the canvas breathing around it.
Why this work matters: The figure reaches forward with all the confidence of a body and none of the assurance of a face. In an era of relentless personal branding, Grau offers a subject who asks you to follow on purely physical terms · and leaves the question of trust entirely to you.
